Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD and Minitab preferred.
• Professional communication within a team environment.
• Planning and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, document, implement, and sustain cost savings and margin improvements to optimize productivity.
• Create cost analyses to quantify changes and track realized savings.
• Archive and research routing and costing data; reformat into spreadsheets and charts.
• Support ShopVue Operator Performance Management system maintenance.
• Process Engineering Change Orders to establish product structure and routings in PRMS/AS400.
• Provide layouts using AutoCAD for new equipment and layout changes.
• Assist with project management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Present proposals and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain safety and adapt to changing goals and priorities.
