Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related engineering field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent academics (cumulative GPA >= 3.0).
• Capability for applying industry standards to develop and document operational processes.
• Ability to learn and apply engineering tools.
• Capability to perform basic troubleshooting & debugging.
• Understanding of lean tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze processes, capturing as-is process flows.
• Set up and capture time study elements.
• Perform basic statistical analysis and cost estimates.
• Identify and resolve defects using engineering tools.
• Apply standards and procedures to accomplish tasks.
