Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years' industrial engineering experience with a focus on ergonomics and safety.
• CPE certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workstation and task ergonomic assessments.
• Design and implement ergonomic improvements to reduce risks.
• Develop and deliver training on safety and ergonomics.
• Analyze injury and near-miss data to identify trends.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and standards.
