• Own Next Level program documentation and skill acquisition tracking.
• Train teammates on RF processes, customer requirements, and standard work.
• Support labor forecasting and workforce planning with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain productivity standards across receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing, loading.
• Measure performance and coach to standard, driving continuous improvement.
