Job summary

CJ Logistics is hiring an Industrial Engineer to optimize a nationwide distribution network using data insights and BI tools. You will partner with operations and optimization teams to identify productivity issues, drive continuous improvement, and improve service while reducing costs for customers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 1+ years in distribution, strong Microsoft Office, and hands-on SQL and AutoCAD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1+ years of industrial engineering experience in a distribution environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use data and statistical tools to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across the network.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify process barriers and inefficiencies.
• Lead improvement projects across the distribution network and communicate insights to operations and customers.
• Support new business initiatives and start-up facilities.
• Analyze inventory, zoning, picklines, and capacity; assist with facility layout and design.
