Lippert is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to design, optimize, and continuously improve distributed network operations across our aftermarket business. You will support multiple major distribution centers and drive efficiency, safety, and customer service excellence through data-driven design and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of industrial engineering, distribution engineering, supply chain engineering, or logistics design experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Prior automation experience required.

Aufgaben

• Analyze the Value Stream Map at each Distribution Center in the network and identify opportunities for continuous improvement with safety in mind.
• Determine the cost-per-unit at each step in the value stream.
• Lead Kaizen events with local leadership to promote productivity improvements and eliminate waste.
• Develop, measure, and analyze productivity KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of Work Force Management.
• Handle storage system design, quotes, and implementations at Distribution Centers.
• Support Distribution Center startups and relocations.
• Evaluate Material Handling Equipment needs and recommend improvements.
• Lead efforts to automate Distribution Center Operations.
• Adjacent project work as assigned by VP Operations.
