- Experience with process improvement and digital transformation methodologies such as design thinking, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, analytics, and process automation.
- Strong collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead technology-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Translate operational needs into technology solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Document current and future state workflows for system implementations and automation.
- Design standardized workflows and operating procedures for technology adoption.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and performance monitoring for projects.
