Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Industrial Engineer to deploy the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) across manufacturing operations, optimizing workflows, layouts, and sequencing to boost throughput and labor efficiency.

You will extract data from SAP, develop Power BI dashboards, and apply Lean and TPS principles, including VSM, standard work, Kanban, and 1-Piece Flow, with GMP compliance and Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 1 year of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering for medical devices.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy MPS across manufacturing operations and drive throughput improvements.
• Extract data from SAP and build Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Apply TPS and GMP-compliant Lean methods to move to single-piece flow.
