The candidate will perform time studies, process analysis, and improvement initiatives while developing skills across labor management, automation, and workflow optimization, enabling national expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with value stream mapping and process flow mapping.
• SQL or data analysis experience.
• Exposure to training, mentoring, or teaching others.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in past projects.
• Strong willingness to learn, team-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing industrial engineering team supporting distribution center operations.
• Work with a small, high-visibility team.
