Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an experienced Core Industrial Engineer to establish and advance IE standards across PTME and VME, driving labor efficiency and robust data management for new programs and operations.

The role emphasizes labor planning, analysis, system management, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with IE plant and staff engineers. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with 5+ years in IE or manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical).
• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Operations experience.
• Experience with GSPAS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IE standards, procedures and forms development and maintenance.
• Deliver IE training programs including MODAPTS and training weeks.
• Manage PTME/VME systems and IE data including JPH database and related processes.
• Coordinate labor planning, analysis and pre-program labor estimates.
• Support centralized communications with Finance and Board reporting on IE matters.
• Oversee IE SharePoints and system readiness for IE deliverables.
