The Assistant Industrial Engineer (IE) Engineer plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality within a manufacturing environment. This position involves analyzing current production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The Assistant IE Engineer collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance and supply chain to implement process improvements and ensure seamless operations. They lead projects that drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data‑driven methodologies and industrial engineering principles. Ultimately, this role is critical in supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable manufacturing practices across its United States facilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or recent graduated.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Minitab, or similar.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed time and motion studies to evaluate manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with production teams to design and refine workflows, equipment layouts, and workstations.
