RTX in Coralville, IA is seeking an intern/co-op to join our logistics and industrial engineering teams. You will work with our Receiving Inspection and Inventory teams to help ensure equipment operates as required and you will assist in improving process efficiency across the Logistics group.

The role emphasizes data-driven communication and cross-functional collaboration. Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering or a related STEM field, you will develop hands-on experience with MS Office

Qualificações

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related STEM major and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate metrics to cross-functional teams or leadership.

• Work with our 2 Industrial Engineers to support the Receiving Inspection, and Inventory teams to ensure equipment continues to operator as needed.
• Assist in improving the efficiency processes of the Logistics team.
• Learn the importance of CORE to the processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience delivering presentations using data visualization tools to communicate production metrics or project updates to cross-functional teams or leadership.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
