Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• GPA 3.2+ reflected across coursework.
• Must be available for full-time 40 hours/week during co-op period.
• No conflicting internship or employment during the program dates.
• Experience with MS Office tools and Advanced Excel required.
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned Supply Chain projects to improve process efficiency and cost.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma style improvements on the manufacturing floor.
• Document specifications, processes, and test methods; maintain docs.
• Create concepts/designs for new processes; contribute to reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health policies.
• Present results to Texas A&R Leadership at program end.
