Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer, Continuous Improvement, to join the Irving, TX team. This role focuses on implementing business improvement initiatives for manufacturing lines with emphasis on waste and productivity.

You will lead the JJOS program, define opportunities, analyze data with cross-functional partners, and drive improvements using lean/Six Sigma tools to boost financial performance for the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relative experience.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (Lean preferred).
• Strong mastery of Process Excellence methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process performance improvements related to waste/MUV or productivity.
• Update and create capacity models to add value to the business.
• Lead key initiatives as project leader.
• Leverage process knowledge to identify opportunities to improve OEE and Quality.
• Sustain improvement results through Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Develop monitoring and reporting systems for efficiency-based decisions.
