Job summary

You will communicate issues to management, follow health and safety practices, and ensure compliance with regulations while contributing to project planning and engineering standards. 0–2 years of experience preferred; bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or related fields is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Support project planning, development, implementation and modification; assist in establishing engineering standards.
• Apply independent judgment to details of work on projects with complex objectives.
• Contribute to design and development, material tests, specifications, and process studies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
