Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Industrial Engineer Co-Op for Irving, TX. This program is a 6-month, full-time on-site opportunity designed to build a pipeline for production and engineering roles.

The co-op will work in Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, applying Lean/Six Sigma methods to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. You will complete tasks including documenting specs, supporting project development, and presenting results to leadership; prior internships or coursework

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• You must not have any Summer Internship contract that could interfere with the dates.
• Experience with MS Office Tools and Advanced Excel; Power Apps and Power BI are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing Supply Chain projects to improve efficiency and cycle time.
• Contribute to project management tasks using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prepare standard reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with safety and environmental policies on the production floor.
