Brose is seeking an engineer to plan, develop and optimize automotive seating and mechatronic production lines in a high-volume plant environment. The role focuses on improving productivity, throughputs, and safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8Ds and related tools.

The candidate will work with PLC-based systems, fixtures and gauges, and vision sensors to achieve First Time Quality improvements and reduce NRFT, while contributing to continuous improvement and cost efficiency across North American

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Two years' experience engineering to improve plant productivity, throughput, and safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Plan, engineer, develop and improve plant productivity, throughput and worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8Ds, Fishbone Diagram, DraftSight and AutoCAD to improve production lines and PLC-based systems.
