Brose Group is seeking an Engineer to plan, engineer, and improve plant productivity, throughput and worker safety at our New Boston site. The role focuses on PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8D problem solving, and camera/PLC-based automation to optimize high-volume automotive seat systems production lines.
You will develop fixtures, gauges and mechatronic systems, including vision sensors and fastening equipment, applying Poka-yoke principles to reduce defects and improve first-time quality in a busy

Responsabilités
- Plan, engineer, develop, and improve plant productivity, product throughput, and worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8Ds, Fishbone Diagram, DraftSight and AutoCAD tools, to improve machines, automotive component and mechatronic systems production lines.
- Analyze and improve OEE; evaluate, design and optimize Value Stream; and implement Lessons Learned during production of automotive mechatronic seat systems in high volume manufacturing.
