Job summary

Brose North America Inc. is seeking a performance-driven engineer to plan, engineer and optimize plant productivity and safety across high-volume automotive mechatronic seat systems.

You will implement PFMEA, Six Sigma and 8D methodologies to reduce defects and improve first-time quality, while collaborating on PLC-based vision systems and fastening equipment design. • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 24 months experience as Engineer developing/ improving plant productivity, throughput and worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma and AutoCAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, engineer, develop and improve plant productivity, throughput and worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8Ds, Fishbone Diagram, DraftSight and AutoCAD to improve production lines, workstation devices, PLCs and mechatronic systems.
