Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience in industrial engineering and supply chain operations.
• 10 years’ experience with automation and robotics solutions.
• 10 years combined experience in Engineering and multiple Supply Chain disciplines.
• 10 years driving new ideas and integrating technology into complex supply chains.
• 10 years of proven track record managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• 10 years’ experience managing relationships with core customers and leadership.
• 3 years’ executive presence, communication, and presentation skills.
• 3 years’ experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive automation and robotics solutions across the enterprise distribution network.
• Lead and mentor a team of Field, Senior, and Principal Engineers.
• Define and negotiate supplier contracts and scopes of work.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic plans and improvements.
• Develop three-year roadmaps for automation and robotics technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the business vision.
