Job summary

Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace leader seeking an experienced RF Engineer for Andover, MA. You will drive development and production of complex RF modules and work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-reliability solutions.

You will design circuits from concept through prototyping to full-rate production, mentor engineers, and coordinate with hardware, systems, and manufacturing specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM with 6 years of experience or 4 years with related Masters.
• Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues for RF applications.
• Experience with RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• US citizenship and eligibility for Secret/ Interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of complex multi-function modules in all phases of the product life cycle.
• Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Design circuits, modules, and sub-systems from concept through prototyping and full-rate production.
• Act independently to uncover and resolve issues with operational products.
• Mentor less experienced engineers on the team.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers as well as manufacturing support personnel.
• Work with technical and manufacturing support to ensure successful product development and production.
