Job summary

Qualifications
- Proficient in using MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience maintaining BOM structures and process data in ERP.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma/Kaizen principles.
- Ability to manage data, statistics, and probability for process improvements.
- Experience with material flow, manufacturing processes, and design optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain MOM (Bill of Materials & Bill of Operations) in ERP to ensure proper costing and planning.
- Establish new products in ERP for accurate material transactions and cost settings.
- Phase-in methods and product structures for existing products per ECN changes.
- Observe, troubleshoot, and ensure accurate time reporting and material transactions in production.
- Provide backup support for Planner Buyer by producing job orders and travelers; ensure timely material transactions.
