Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Illinois is seeking a warehouse associate to safely pick and pack orders, receive inbound shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This full-time position features a 4-day, 10-hour schedule and requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, pass background checks, and be available for all shifts. The Comprehensive Total Rewards program includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement benefits, and health screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work any shift.
• 0–2 years of related warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 25–75 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders, shrink wrap and label, then move to loading dock.
• Receive inbound products, replenish inventory, and manage stock as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse areas by clearing debris and organizing pallets.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
