What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, preferably within a high-volume or complex manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience owning factory layout, capacity planning, line balancing, labor modeling, and productivity improvement
- Strong experience supporting NPI, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing
- Advanced understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience developing engineered labor standards using MOST, MTM, or structured time-study methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate production data into actionable operational strategies
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with AI server, electronics, semiconductor, data center hardware, or complex electromechanical manufacturing
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools for factory and production-line layout
