About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic Modular Solutions Division. This role focuses on warehouse operations to support the manufacturing of prefabricated electrical distribution systems, modular data centers, and e-houses. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in warehouse and manufacturing environments and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This position is based out of our West Atlanta, GA facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, verification, documentation, and tracking of owner-furnished equipment ensuring traceability throughout its lifecycle.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systems and manual checks
• Schedule and coordinate transport of materials and equipment between the warehouse and production facility
• Coordinate inbound vendor deliveries and ensure materials delivered to the production facility on time
• Schedule and coordinate transport of materials and equipment between the warehouse and production facility
• Evaluate and continuously improve warehouse storage systems to optimize organization, material flow, and space utilization
• Work closely with production, project management, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain alignment on project schedules and material readiness
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team
• Schedule and coordinate with subcontractros to ensure delivery accuracty and timeliness
• Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, and tracking of customer-furnished equipment
• Develop, implement, and refine warehouse standard operation procedures
• Support implementation of warehouse technology such as QR Codes, Barcodes, RFID scanning, inventory systems, etc.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity, accuracy, and cost reduction

Required Qualifications:

• Industrial or Systems Engineering Degree or Supply Chain Management or related Degree
• 1-5 Years of warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening prior to beginning employment
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must be able to work 8 hours per day

*Experience from college coursework, clubs, internships, co-ops, etc. may be considered toward relevant years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Python programming language experience is a strong plus
• Experience handling customer furnished equipment is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
