Job summary

Allison-Smith Company is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Modular Solutions Division in West Atlanta, GA. You will focus on warehouse operations supporting the manufacturing of prefabricated electrical distribution systems and modular data centers.

The role requires 1–5 years in warehouse/manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and collaboration with production, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain schedules and material readiness.

Qualifications

• Industrial or Systems Engineering or related degree required.
• 1–5 years warehouse operations experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong Excel skills and basic ERP knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver's license; pass drug and background screening; 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, verification, documentation, and tracking of owner-furnished equipment to ensure traceability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through systems and checks.
• Schedule and coordinate transport of materials between warehouse and production facility.
• Coordinate inbound vendor deliveries to ensure timely material delivery.
• Improve warehouse storage, material flow, and space utilization.
