Kelly Services in Middletown, PA is seeking an Industrial Electronics Production Operator for hands-on work with electronic components, circuit boards, and batteries. You will follow detailed instructions and strive for high quality while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, soldering exposure, and familiarity with circuit boards and electrical testing. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; pay rate is $20.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with circuit boards/PCBs is a strong plus.
• Experience with battery testing or electrical testing is preferred.
• Experience with wiring, cables, connectors, or electrical components is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare electronic components and circuit boards for production.
• Soldering on electronic components and circuit boards.
• Test batteries and electrical components using designated testing equipment.
• Perform electrical and functional testing according to procedures.
• Inspect circuit boards, wiring, and components for quality.
• Work with wires, cables, connectors, terminals, and electronic components.
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and production specs.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment as required.
• Identify and report defects, quality issues, or equipment problems.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
