Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Industrial Electronics Production Operator in Middletown, PA. This 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM role involves hands-on production with electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring, with emphasis on quality and following detailed instructions.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, with soldering and PCB exposure preferred, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Soldering experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare electronic components and circuit boards for production.
• Perform soldering on electronic components and circuit boards.
• Test batteries and electrical components using designated testing equipment.
• Perform electrical and functional testing according to procedures.
• Inspect circuit boards, wiring, and components for quality and connections.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production specs.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment as required.
• Report defects and maintain documentation.
