Job summary

Kelly is seeking a reliable Industrial Electronics Production Operator in Middletown, PA. This hands-on role involves assembling components, soldering, testing batteries and electrical components, and following detailed work instructions to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, good dexterity with small parts, and the ability to work with hand tools and testing equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Soldering experience highly preferred.
• Experience with circuit boards/PCBs is a strong plus.
• Experience with battery testing or electrical testing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and circuit boards for production.
• Perform soldering on components and boards.
• Test batteries and electrical components with designated equipment.
• Conduct electrical and functional testing per procedures.
• Inspect boards, wiring, and components for quality and connections.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use basic hand tools and testing equipment as required.
• Identify and report defects or equipment problems.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
