Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 3–5+ years industrial maintenance experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication/machining experience.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiar with CMMS such as MaintainX or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and building systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and repair.
• Document results and work orders in CMMS.
• Coordinate repairs with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and lifts safely.
• Install, fabricate, and modify equipment, including welding.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot PLC-based automation.
• Work with PLCs to troubleshoot or reset automation systems.
• Use measurement and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, scopes).
• Replace and align belts, gears, and actuators.
