Job summary

Kymera International is seeking an Electrical Technician to support manufacturing operations through troubleshooting, panel fabrication, and control system optimization. The role requires collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve electrical issues, build and install panels, and contribute to continuous improvement for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Must hold an Electrician Journeyman card or license.
8 years of direct electrical experience, with 5+ years in manufacturing.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related software.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and control systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system issues in real time with maintenance/engineering teams.
Support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and safety devices.
Update and maintain electrical/control documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC programs).
Build and wire custom electrical control panels from schematics and layouts.
Install control panels and integrate with machinery and production equipment.
Test panel functionality and troubleshoot prior to deployment.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability and safety.
