Job summary

Kymera International in the United States is seeking an Electrical Controls Technician to support manufacturing operations by diagnosing electrical and automation issues, building and wiring custom control panels, and applying continuous improvement to boost production efficiency and equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with maintenance and engineering to troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and sensors, read schematics, and install panels on production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• 2+ years building and wiring electrical panels.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical & control systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E / ISO 13849 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system issues in real time with maintenance teams.
• Build and wire custom electrical control panels from schematics and layouts; test and deploy.
• Assist engineers in documenting changes and contributing to SOPs for new/existing systems.
• Support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and safety devices; update wiring diagrams.
