Job summary

D-Riven Engineered Solutions is seeking an Electrification Engineering Manager to lead industrial power distribution designs, perform infrastructure assessments, and support installations, modifications, and relocations in alignment with NEC standards and customer expectations.

The role requires overseeing senior electrical engineers and superintendents, coordinating with cross-functional teams for costing and planning, and ensuring project safety and quality across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, industrial electrical installation or maintenance

Responsibilities

• Uphold health and safety standards across projects
• Serve as technical lead of the Electrification Team
• Direct engineers and superintendents on site surveys and power distribution designs
• Prepare one-line drawings and infrastructure evaluations
• Coordinate with customer teams on costing, quoting, and planning
• Develop project timelines and resource plans before kickoff
• Source components and assess compatibility of alternatives
• Provide LOto verification and support field troubleshooting
• Review installation of electrical equipment and ensure clean work areas
• Collaborate with controls specialists for system integration
• Conduct arc flash studies and generate labels
• Manage field teams and subcontractors according to work plans
• Travel 30–40% nationwide as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
