Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in industrial electrical engineering, installation, or maintenance.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Electrical Suite and Microsoft Project; ability to interpret electrical schematics and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrial electrification engineering team, providing technical direction for site surveys and power distribution design plans.
• Evaluate infrastructure capacity and generate precise one-line drawings to support system modifications.
• Optimize project designs to improve material utilization, reduce downtime, and streamline installation processes.
• Coordinate costing, quoting, and resource planning with stakeholders to manage project lifecycles.
• Direct field teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to LOTO and safety protocols.
• Oversee arc flash studies and installation of conduit, panels, and motor control equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical system issues for seamless integration with low-voltage/controls.
