Job summary

Riviana Foods Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations and production equipment.

You will improve facility reliability using problem-solving skills across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. You will install and maintain electrical components, assist with parts ordering, and mentor other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and electrical schooling or technical training.
• Minimum four years of industrial electrician experience or equivalent.
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical control systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and replace electrical components and control panels.
• Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and calibrate process instrumentation.
• Support maintenance team and train junior staff.
• Operate and maintain 480V three-phase systems and motor controls.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO.
