Job summary

Riviana Foods in Memphis, TN seeks an Industrial Electrician to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations and production equipment.

You will provide technical leadership, support training of maintenance staff, and ensure uptime by maintaining 480V three-phase systems and PLC-based controls across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of industrial electrician experience, or completion of a technical/trade program with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs and programming.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and replace electrical components, conduit, lighting, control panels, starter panels, and wiring.
• Identify and order parts and materials needed for maintenance and repair projects.
• Support training and development of maintenance personnel, providing technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-based systems, drives, and control equipment.
• Program, adjust, and maintain temperature, level, and speed controls.
