Fair Oaks Foods is seeking an Electrician to handle advanced electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment. The role also supports plant operations with mechanical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex electrical and PLC systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong background in electrical systems and mechanical understanding is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plant environment.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintaining, PLC Systems, VFDs, 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.
• Strong understanding of mechanical troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs complex electrical, PLC, and control systems on all production machinery.
• Executes detailed preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliability; prepares machinery for scheduled runs.
• Troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and material flow systems; reads work orders and maintains records.
• Uses hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Detects faulty operations and reports issues to supervision.
• Maintains safety regulations and clean, orderly work areas.
• Responsible for quality of work and documenting quality problems for corrective actions.
