Job summary

Westlake is seeking an Electrician in Henderson, NV to maintain and repair electrical equipment in production areas and troubleshoot PLCs. You will work under the Maintenance Manager, adhering to safety rules and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires reading diagrams and schematics, installing upgrades with engineering, and performing routine PM tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant trade training or certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment in production areas and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Read ladder diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs and PM schedules.
• Install and upgrade electrical control panels and equipment with engineering.
• Run conduit, terminate wiring, and interpret I/O modules safely.
