Job summary

Qualifications
- Familiar with building services (water, heating, electrical, gas, etc.).
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and facility electrical system.
- Familiarity with technical manuals and jargon related to electrical operation, adjustment and repair.
- Experience using common workshop instruments: voltmeter, ohm meter, ammeter, lathe, calipers, milling machine, drill press, grinder, threading tools, band saw, metal break and similar hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Make repairs to electrical equipment as needed.
- Assist machine operators with troubleshooting and setup/optimization of sorters.
- Troubleshoot PLC and process automation; assist maintenance tasks (experience preferred).
- Change/modify blueprints after equipment changes.
- Overhaul equipment within the area of responsibility.
