Job summary

Vylor Inc. seeks an experienced electrical maintenance technician to operate and repair process equipment at the Corteva site in St. Joseph, IL. You will handle electrical systems, perform scheduled inspections, and support safety programs while ensuring uptime and compliance.

The role requires Journeyman Electrician experience, NEC familiarity, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills. On-site work, overtime during seasonal peaks, and a focus on safety are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician experience.
• Interpretation of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to climb, work in elevated areas, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices for process and facility.
• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures including OSHA, PSM, and company policies.
• Record equipment data and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
