Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrician to ensure reliable operation of production equipment at our Corteva site in Illinois. You will perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires mastery of NEC rules, PLC/automation familiarity, and the ability to work independently or in a team. On-site duties include overtime, weekend shifts during peak demand, and extensive record-keeping to support uptime.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician experience required.
• Ability to interpret the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company equipment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices).
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections.
• Review safety programs and ensure OSHA, PSM, and company policies are followed.
