Qualifications

• Two-year Electrical Technician degree or equivalent with related manufacturing focus.
• PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley, ControlLogix or SLC.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent CAD program.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs electrical projects at U.S. Cotton.
• Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing systems and products.
• Installation and debugging of capital and manufacturing equipment.
• Follow quality systems procedures as required.
• Research and debugs new methods to improve system efficiency.
• Prepare design concept drawings and cost estimates for projects.
• Review and recommend changes to electrical drawings and process docs.
• Interface with other facilities to address production issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside sales for parts selection.
