Electrical Automation Services in Hiram, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a food manufacturing facility.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs, motors, sensors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems; perform preventive maintenance and document results. Welding is a plus; 3+ years of industrial maintenance preferred. On-site with rotating 12-hour shifts and competitive hourly pay with a night premium.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting experience; PLC programming is a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and ladder logic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes; request parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
