Job summary

Tenaris in the United States is seeking an Industrial Electrical Maintenance technician to perform advanced maintenance inspections, diagnose, repair and upgrade electrical and electronic equipment, and provide steady support in outages in a safe, efficient manner.

You will work on 480V panels, interpret electrical drawings, calibrate electronic instruments and PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens), log faults, and participate in preventive maintenance, with forklift/overhead crane operation as

Qualifications

Experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems.
Ability to diagnose faults and implement permanent fixes.
Familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) and control circuits.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced electric/electronic maintenance inspections, diagnosis, repairs and upgrades.
Log failure characteristics and ensure root-cause analysis where applicable.
Cary out repairs on 480V panels and protection systems.
Interpret electrical drawings and calibrate electronic instruments.
Participate in preventive maintenance activities and maintain maintenance records.
Operate forklift or overhead crane when required.
