Job summary

National Strand, part of the Metals Processing Group, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, install, troubleshoot and modify industrial equipment. The role will implement maintenance procedures and support safety standards.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, a High School Diploma, and the ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams. Proficiency with welding and MS Office is expected; willingness to work rotating shifts with overtime is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on rotating equipment.
• Read, interpret and follow electrical, mechanical, pneumatic diagrams and schematics.
• Weld using MIG and/or Stick and maintain equipment.
• Ensure safe, clean work area and proper housekeeping.
