Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Defiance, OH is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Electrician to install, repair and maintain electrical systems from schematics, adjust motor controls and instruments, and perform rebuild work under supervision.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drives and instrumentation, read blueprints, document repairs, and support preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Journeyman's card or verifiable electrical experience.
• Experience reading schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with PLCs and drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per specs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and instrumentation.
• Read schematics and blueprints; maintain records.
• Support preventive maintenance and parts purchasing.
