Job summary

Accelera in Lebanon, PA seeks an experienced Industrial Electrician for a permanent first‑shift role. You will install, maintain and modernize electrical infrastructure and production machinery in a dynamic manufacturing setting, with a pay rate of $30–$35 per hour based on background.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of industrial experience, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and a Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred. A valid driver’s license and your own tools are required.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience as an Industrial Electrician in manufacturing.
• Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics and electrical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain industrial power distribution networks.
• Install, commission and relocate electrical equipment and controls.
• Wire PLC-driven automation and field devices; ensure signal integrity.
