Primary Duties

Power Distribution Systems

• Set up and adjust industrial power distribution networks.
• Mount transformers, switchgear, disconnects, distribution panels, and MCCs.
• Help ensure operational efficiency by running branch circuits and feeders for new production machinery.
• Confirm electrical load capacity, phase rotation, and voltage levels.

Equipment Installation

• Handle the connection and commissioning of production hardware.
• Manage the relocation and reconnection of existing manufacturing assets.
• Mount electrical enclosures, control panels, VFDs, and motors.
• Execute the termination and routing of control and power wiring.
• Improve overall facility output by troubleshooting electrical and control system malfunctions to reduce downtime.

Automation and Controls

• Integrate and install PLC-driven automation systems.
• Wire field devices including photo eyes, limit switches, and various sensors.
• Ensure signal integrity and system communication.
• Validate and test equipment to guarantee proper functionality.

Safety and Standards

• Conduct system verification and electrical testing.
• Adhere to GMP, LOTO, OSHA, and NEC regulations.
• Support a secure workplace environment to help minimize production interruptions.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

Professional Requirements

• At least six years of professional experience as an Industrial Electrician within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical blueprints.
• A Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
• Provision of your own essential electrical and hand tools.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required as part of our commitment to a drug-free workplace.
• Legal authorization to work within the U.S.
