Job summary

Element Resources in Muncie, Indiana is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. You will troubleshoot and repair a range of electrical systems up to 450 HP, including VFDs and PLCs, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Overtime is available with night-shift differential and a gain-share program. Company-sponsored Ivy Tech training can boost your hourly rate, and a structured schedule includes paid time off after probation and observed holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical operations.
• Perform electrical construction of conduit runs, wire pulls and terminations.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and adjustment of all plant equipment.
• Maintain PLCs and control circuits.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all safety rules.
• Enter work data on work orders and maintain accurate logs.
• Support equipment improvements and participate in improvement teams.
• Be able to work any shift and comply with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
