Job summary

Element Resources, a leading battery recycling facility, seeks an Industrial Electrician in Muncie, IN. You will diagnose VFDs, PLCs, soft-starts, and motor systems up to 450 HP; perform lighting control and general machine repairs; ensure strict safety adherence and track data on work orders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical operations.
• Experience with 480V three phase, MA signals, AC/DC circuits and motor starters.
• Troubleshooting and repair of all plant equipment and systems.
• Lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and maintain good dexterity.
• Ability to work independently with shifting priorities and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce all safety rules and procedures.
• Enter work data on work orders and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to equipment improvements and participate in teams.
• Maintain PLCs, control circuits and primary power systems.
• Be flexible to work any shift and uphold a strong safety culture.
